First Bank is truly the first but are lagging behind on some things. Like; transaction speed is slow. ATM sometimes is not reliable, and weak when it comes to crowd control. But I must say their staff members are polite. Cleanliness is average. Account information is helpful.

First Bank can be so annoying. Their online customer care is a very big mess. It will take them a decade to keep you waiting on call and and might not even pick at the end. What an arrant nonses. Their service deductions is almost every morning.
