I like this bank but please improve your customer service in university campuses. Treat students better like other customers even if we don't have much money in your bank. Reduce the queue so that we don't miss lectures because of transaction.

Is there nothing first bank can do to reduce the long queue in the bank? I always feel reluctant going to the bank because of the queue.

It's one of the best banks with a good 24hours internet services, but has a relatively poor customer staff relationship with staff caring less about their customers.

First banks online transfer is stronger than other banks,I am sure of that be especially during weekends
