I use to like them so much when they were formerly Oceanic bank, but Ecobank is something else. Their customer service is poor, spread is inadequate and their ATM machines neither doesn't work or isn't loaded with cash regularly

ecobank charge me two time for atm, when they did nothing, the customer care said i should go to calabar and complain meanwhile i am in nsukka and a student losing money without reason is bad

Eco bank the Pan African bank as the name implies is one the best bank in Africa. I have been banking with them for the past four years now and their services rendered is great.
