I love how this bank attends to their customers. Transactions are fast and easy. Their banking app is fast, even though it lacks good user experience. They are very prompt in sending both debit and credit alerts once a transaction has been carried out. I have enjoyed using this bank ... read more

This bank is really frustrating They ATM card is the worst they will debit you without paying and to reserve the money is another missionary journey. Their ussd transfer cost more This days They should look into all this matter.

The services of your Makurdi branch, that is along Otukpo road Benue state is very bad that I have to start shouting to them just before they attended to me and a customer was seriously crying because of the poor services. Please check their activities.

I could remember vividly well that at a time it's network service provider was really slow..in the sense that someone would make a transfer to someone and the person receiving the alert would stay a day or two days without getting it due to a poor service provider..but I guess ... read more
