Gt bank was a very good bank "WAS" but now their network is very bad especially doing weekends, you can't make a transfer. And their customer's treatment is very bad, I mean very bad. You will have a problem with their bank, they would ask you to come back in ... read more

How can you have just two branches in the whole of Enugu town only for you to open one each week months after the lockdown. Nsukka town also has one. This is very bad. You come to meet the customer service and wait hours to be attended to.

Gtbank has made banking easy with their USSD codes *737# is the number. Thumbs up to u guys. But what I don't understand is the newly implemented charges on any transactions made via USSD code please you people should consider students too.

I commend their services in terms of digital banking and online services. i became a customer as a student in the unn and just recent i told a friend that gtb is one of the best experiences i have had here. really impressive online transaction speed.
