Needs to fastrack

Needs efficient tool's to back up the current slow working pace... The last time I entered the bank, i wasn't so much elated compared to before

Worse bank ever

UBA both inside and outside University of Nigeria Nsukka campus is the worst bank you can ever go to. UBA is the worst bank you can ever bank with, first the cuts money without explanations. The queue waiting for customer care is ALWAYS greater then those waiting to deposit and withdraw ... read more

Nice using your facilities with ever agile staffs. I will suggest a branch should be opened at awka as d branch is always too crowded even to d ATM points. Love the UBA app too. Very convenient and reliable
