My first shopping with Jumia was very okay. The challenge I have with them is that their customer care Don't respond on time. Aside that, my experience with them was good. I hope they improve on their customer care service

Jumia is a very reliable online shopping platform, they have almost everything you can ask for at affordable prices also.

They are so amazing with their varieties of products and range. I love also the discounts they give off on purchase as well as the free delivery. Their refund and return policy just takes longer than necessary and their customer care response isn't encouraging enough

i prefer Jumia because they really unique and I used to get almost anything i want from them, from cosmetics to electronics, groceries,clothing and accessories, the list is endless. Jumia also offers me special discounts and promotions from time to time.
