I am an American investor in Nigeria. I paid 38,000 Naira for a boost VIP subscription on Jiji. After they received my payment via bank wire transfer, they decllined to boost my ads to the top of page. Instead, they restricted/cut back on the number of listings/ads I can have ... read more
