I must say that the Nasco company pulled together all the goodness in conflakes into Nasco cornflakes vanilla cinnamon. I love the taste it gives generally It is nice, easy to digest and also gives all the requirements for a health body. Kudos you guys

It tastes very great with the vanilla+cinnamon. It is richer than the other varieties. It is superb when you drink with milk. I love it
