The service phd render to the public is unfair. You ask fr payment of bills even when there’s no supply. Sometimes I wonder why phd-distribution company still exist

HIGH CHARGES ON ELECTRICITY BILL EVEN WHEN THERE IS NO SUPPLY

Activities of the company is under supply while exorbitant bills ate passed on monthly basis in Uyo metropolis. Also the new prepaid meter which regulates electricity usage well based on customers consumption rate are not supplied to customers.
