Chief Isaac Adisa Ishola (FCA)

Chief Isaac Adisa Ishola (FCA) is the Oyo State Commissioner for Environment. He was a member of the Civil Service, with his last role as Director of Finance and Account at the National Examinations Council (NECO) where he worked from 1999 to 2013. He was a member of staff of the National Board for Educational Measurement (which became NECO) from 1993 to 1999. He worked as an accounts officer at John Holt Engineering (1978 – 1980). He also worked at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) as an accounting officer and internal auditor (1981 – 1991) and then as a lecturer (1991 – 1993). Chief Ishola obtained a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Lagos, Akoka (1986), a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from OAU (1991) and Masters in Finance from the University of Calabar (2002). He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Policy and Business Administration by the Pacific Western University, Denver, State of Colorado, USA. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; Fellow, Chattered Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Nigeria and Fellow, Institute of Government Research and Leadership Technology. He is a member of the Nigerian Golf Federation and Chairman, Niger State Golf Federation.
