My flight from Lagos to Abuja was OK. I even recommended Arik to a friend, but my return flight was the most frustrating, infuriating and humiliating experience I've ever had. They turned me into a mumu one time. The customer care manager I was referred to only made things worse and was rude to boot. Then I got to Lagos to find my luggage damaged and my clothes all hanging out. Needless to say I'm not using Arik for any reason anytime soon 14 October, 2018
