Sometime last year, I went to Diamond bank, F.U.T.O branch to rectify my mobile app issues and what i went through was just unimaginable. I met the customer care representative on seat and after explaining what i was passing through, she directed me to another staff upstairs. i went upstairs to meet this guy and he tried all his best to help me but couldn't. he referred me back to her to sort my issue. on returning to her desk, i met a queue of other customers waiting, i told her i was referred back to her and she asked me to join the queue. she was so slow in discharging her duties not even considering the number of student customers waiting. after waiting for hours, she gave me a piece of paper to write my account number and account name. i was hoping my period of waiting was over until she gave me a paper and pen to start signing and resigning my signature telling me that it wasn't the same. after passing the hurdle, i had to wait extra hours before she gave me a form to fill relating to my complaint. i don't even want to mention that my whole day was wasted in the bank just to get this form. she asked me to go home that it would be rectified but as i write now, nothing has been done about it meaning all my efforts was wasted. it really is not fair. 7 January, 2019
