Access Bank

This is a bank in the whole of Nigeria that is outstanding among others, they execute their assignment in a good manner. Customer relation is outstanding. Access bank, simply the best.

I have been inside the bank for more than 2hours and still unable to speak to a customer care agent yet. Ridiculous!

I have experienced improved customer services in various locations. However, Access is not making efforts to diversify its presence in rural areas. It still remains an urban bank Love access bank

Truly the best

Access bank is one of the best commercial banks in Nigeria. Their service delivery is excellent, mobile app is swift and well- responsive. Account opening procedure and card issuance is prompt.
