"You" or "your” refers to you, the user of the website while "We," "us," and "our" refers to FeedbackHall Limited, a Nigerian company. This is the first version of our Privacy Policy. This Policy is effective immediately for users registering accounts after that date. The Policy sets out the principles concerning the protection, collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as well as other information about you in connection with your use of our website and mobile applications. Our Privacy Policy complies with all applicable local and international policies/guidelines. It may be amended from time to time and a current version is available on this page.

Personal information

a)      What we collect: When you register, we collect the following personal information: Full name, email address, gender, birth date and profile photo. When we need to verify your claims, we further collect invoices and product receipts, e-mail communications and any other document we need to verify purchase or any other claim.
Why we collect them: We collect, hold and use your personal information to enable us perform our business functions and activities in a way that gives you the best experience possible. In addition, your personal information helps us to verify your identity, provide products and services to you, provide you with news, information or advice about our existing and new products and services, to communicate with you, to investigate any complaints made by you or made about you.

Control: Your profile on FbH will be publicly viewable and other users may be able to identify you, or associate you with your account, if you include personal information in the content you post publicly. If you wish to reduce the risk of being personally identified, you can use a nick name instead, though doing so could reduce the credibility of your posts to the Service.

Disclosure: We will not give your personal information to any third party except when there is a request to provide them and we have a good faith belief that such request is genuine and really necessary to:
comply with legal processes and law enforcement instructions;
                        ii.       prevent or investigate possible unlawful activity in connection with the Service   iii.       protect our rights, reputation, property, or that of our users, affiliates, or the public.

3.      Information relating to your use of our service
We may store information about your activities on our platforms such as your visit date and time, visit duration and the pages you view.  We also may store information about your computer or mobile device such as your type of web browser, type of computer or mobile device, browser language, IP address, mobile carrier, unique device identifier, location referring URLs. We collect this information to enable us understand the pattern of your activities on our website and/or app and to ensure that you can have the same quality of service across all the devices you use.

Public Content

For your public contents (such as your feedback, comments, likes, tips, photos,  compliment and account profile),  we may display this information through our websites and other applications, share it with businesses, and further distribute it to a wider audience through third party sites and services.

We may aggregate user information from all of our users and provide that information in the aggregate to other parties, including researchers as well as advertisers for marketing and promotional purposes. Whenever we do so, that information will not be in a form that will allow any third party to identify you personally. For example, we may disclose the number of users that rated a service ‘5’.

We will investigate your complaints and respond to you. We encourage our users to always use strong passwords and keep them secure. Strong passwords are those that include characters other than letters; are at least eight characters long, are not popular words of any language and not based on personal information – personal names, nicknames and family names.
