Introduction

"You" or "your” refers to you, the user of the website while "We," "us," and "our" refers to FeedbackHall Limited, a Nigerian company. This is the first version of our Privacy Policy. This Policy is effective immediately for users registering accounts after that date. The Policy sets out the principles concerning the protection, collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as well as other information about you in connection with your use of our website and mobile applications. Our Privacy Policy complies with all applicable local and international policies/guidelines. It may be amended from time to time and a current version is available on this page.

a)      What we collect: When you register, we collect the following personal information: Full name, email address, gender, birth date and profile photo. When we need to verify your claims, we further collect invoices and product receipts, e-mail communications and any other document we need to verify purchase or any other claim.

Why we collect them: We collect, hold and use your personal information to enable us perform our business functions and activities in a way that gives you the best experience possible. In addition, your personal information helps us to verify your identity, provide products and services to you, provide you with news, information or advice about our existing and new products and services, to communicate with you, to investigate any complaints made by you or made about you.

Control: Your profile on FbH will be publicly viewable and other users may be able to identify you, or associate you with your account, if you include personal information in the content you post publicly. If you wish to reduce the risk of being personally identified, you can use a nick name instead, though doing so could reduce the credibility of your posts to the Service.

Disclosure: We will not give your personal information to any third party except when there is a request to provide them and we have a good faith belief that such request is genuine and really necessary to:

We collect this information to enable us understand the pattern of your activities on our website and/or app and to ensure that you can have the same quality of service across all the devices you use.

If you become aware of unauthorised usage of any of your personal information such as your password, username or account or if you have any privacy concerns, please contact us immediately. We will investigate your complaints and respond to you. We encourage our users to always use strong passwords and keep them secure. Strong passwords are those that include characters other than letters; are at least eight characters long, are not popular words of any language and not based on personal information – personal names, nicknames and family names.
