Excellent Customer Service e

Access bank has an excellent customer service. I have had an experience where I was required to present a stamped statement of account at work. The customer service I received was excellent. Also ATM points are always functional.

Over charging

Access bank over charge customers for no just course. Especially that card maintenance jargons. Will be leaving the bank soonest, along with my staff.
