Reliable

A bank that delivers 21st century services to it customers. I so much enjoy the use of my phone to do transaction & that's because my bank Fidelity enhances it's phone transfer system to meet global standard.

Fidelity bank is one of the best banks but their charges are high and un called for... They also have ways of including hidden charges and are found of not balancing your account correctly.

I just like there online banking system But when it comes to charges, gosh!, theirs is worst. But anyways, am rating them good

Fidelity bank customer care service is an embarrassment to the term customer service... Their customer service when compared to other banks is a sham, and it requires serious face lift... They hardly solve problems!
