This bank had make me go through a lot on my account. Transactions are slow to reflect,debits you unnecessarily. Wish they could improve on this

One thing that I always emphasize on is that I can’t transfer money from other banks to my Wema bank account unless I go through pos agents

They have good customer service,no overcrowding inside the bank but they remove outrageous charges ever month and do not even have the courtesy to send u a debit alert of it
