Poor journey management approach

So many buses, with untrained drivers,poor journey management,excessive loading I really wonder why a larger number of peace mass drivers will be rude and mannerless...low customer centric approach. The management should train their staff and hospitality and journey management and ensure theirs speed regulator in their buses...but OK with courier ... read more

Poor bus maintenance

Good presence majorly in the southeastern part of the country although gradually spreading. But their bus maintenance is quite poor as I have travelled several times in buses which have the exhaust pipes blown and smoke entering inside the vehicle making the journey so uncomfortable and that situation is harmful ... read more
