Golden penny semo is the best.. You don't need to add salt in the water you want to use to prepare it before you enjoy it... It is really important to know the ingredients

But they wrote the ingredients on Semovita. They said the ingredient is wheat semolina but apart from semovita there is another one called semolina. so may be semolina and semovita are the same. But what is the semolina itself? They did not write the ingredient well.

Golden penny and all the companies making anything we call semo, please, be writing out the ingredients of the semo. Don't just write the nutritional values like carbohydrate and protein. Write what you put inside so that we will know. Uptill now we don't know what is semo.
