Deceptive service

I traveled with GUO from Umuahia to Lagos yesterday. I asked them specifically whether they have AC in the bus and they answered 'yes'. Behold when we started the trip, we discovered AC wasn't working well and they put it off before we got to Onitsha. Too bad. I will ... read more
