Very poor cargo service

ABC cargo service is so damn poor. If you're expecting a cargo or parcel through ABC, you may wait for weeks. If the cargo eventually arrives, they will demand for national ID, driving license, in fact they will almost ask for your birth certificate. Even after you show them the tracking number and your phone number has been verified, they insist on your national ID. They don't accept students ID. After you meet that demand, it may take hours for them to find your cargo. Their warehouse is poorly arranged. 21 August, 2018
