am very picky about hotels and of course, I was scared about this hotel as well. But honestly I had the best service ever. The manager and staff were so awesome and ready to help at anytime. Even with the manager gone for the weekend the staff still delivered! When it comes to Nigerians, honestly customer service is not even common but this hotel went far and beyond to satisfy me. My reservation included breakfast, and it was okay, but not my type of breakfast. Overall my experience was good. Anytime I come to Abuja this will be my preference always. I don't mind recommending it to my friends. Thank you so much for making me feel safe, and giving me a happy experience. 16 September, 2018
