Diamond bank services

As a student using Diamond bank, I think its students friendly cause it is quite easy to open without the long process of the bills required and ID card. But I think they need to upgrade on their services cause they are quite slow ,I once wanted to renew my ATM card and it took over a week,it was quite annoying and frustrating. 7 April, 2018

Yea, they're good. But, I think they need more staff, especially their branches at University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN); Agbani Road, Enugu; and the one at Nkpor, Onitsha respectively.
