Reforming electricity sector really provoke me, IBEDC are not working as expected, imaging a place like Odo-Oba one of the biggest market and town are experiencing difficulties with light issue just because the Transformer that brought light to the community had issues and the community cannot afford to contribute money for new Transformer..these people have been living in darkness for more than a year now....useless sector.....even people living in Ogbomosho self are not enjoying light of 6 hour in a day and they charge bountifully 23 October, 2018
