Airtel customer service need improvement. The present arrangement whereby you can hardly talk to someone to make enquiry or report a complaint is not good enough to say the least. One is usually directed to an automated machine Secondly, the issue of charging service charge is very new to me and quite exploitative. It is unfair. 9 May, 2018

Some of these private firms think machines can do everything. Replacing human beings with machines should have a limit. Sometimes humans need to communicate with fellow humans, not machine.

Replacing human beings with machines and worsening unemployment.

There is nothing that too good or bad that can not be improved upon!, I think satisfying your consumers should be your number one priority and not bugging them with unnecessary calls.
