Something is fishy when loading data on 9 mobile

Can 9 mobile please look into the issue of deducting credit fron customers without their consent. I find it annoying when 9 mobile deducts credit from my recharge without prior notice and making availabe credit insufficient to buy the intended data plan. 13 May, 2018
