Wow, it have been so nice having an account with you I have not had issues even the day the ATM had problem , the transaction was reversed immediately with no protocol. But I don't know why the banking hall in most of the branches are too small that even their customers tend to stand at the entrance door. Since they have customers, is there anyway to see to this because customers are really complaining bitterly about it. I think first bank is unique in their polite attitudes towards their customers. 5 August, 2018
