Crazy or Unsubstantiated Billing

I live in Agbede Ikorodu and have written letters to IKDC at Odogunyan in Ikorodu stating why crazy tariff was being used to bill my residence and shop monthly. In the area, we hardly enjoy the service and yet they keep billing, This matter has not been addressed yet. I am still waiting for their actions. 4 January, 2019
