Customer service has gone severely down hill. Zenithdirect needs to either beef up its staff retrain them ir cancel the service all together. Waiting time for online chats are unacceptable long. Averaging at least 45 minutes. Waiting time for telephone call are extremely unacceptable, 25 minutes and this is assuming you call does not get bounced before your turn by someone. Its taken me well over 4 weeks to get someone to address a simple POS related debit error issue. This should not take more than 48 hours especially if all the necessary documents and paperwork has been handed in. 9 June, 2020
