i feel access bank should increase their respose rate to complaints, recharges, debit and crediting. i recharged my airtel line using the banks short code on the 19th of april 2021, i was debited immediately but didnt get my recharge. i was refunded today being 22. This is really bad because i was in a remote area and couldn't buy recharge card from a vendor, i was almost stranded. 22 April, 2021
