One of the major problems faced by business personnel and students, who are the major customers of financial institutions in the country is the continuous unexpected withdrawals from banks without obvious reasons. Imagine a student having his last one thousand naira he is saving up for probably his last supper being tapped, say for stamp duties or one of their usual reasons, it makes this person starve because he certainly cannot withdraw that money. It might not even be related to spending such money on food, it might be a savings for some necessity. Access bank is know for such act because it is a bank used by most students and many a times such students complain about this having had their own share of such experience. If it were just one finite withdrawal by such banks say once or twice a year, it is manageable but why frequently especially for this set of individuals? I guess much attention should be put into this in order not to lose customers. 24 April, 2021
