I would go to any extend to convince anyone and everyone to use this bank. I have so many reasons but let me post this one. I had my project fee and accommodation fee in my account in January, but my account needed to be upgraded so my account was frozen, but through the help of an agent, I was able to apply for my account to be unfrozen for an hour so I can move my funds. It was processed in a day and thank God I already submitted the documents. It was the best bank experience I ever had, and yes, no other bank can do this. As I was giving the reviews self I just received a credit alert. Firstbank for life!!! 24 April, 2021
