Network is always poor. Sometimes, you'll find it difficult to access the internet for more than 3 hours and other times you can't a clear conversation with someone through phone calls. Also, when you subscribe to a data plan it takes a while before you can use it. We might be on something very important before the data gets exhausted, waiting for a while after subscribing costs us sometimes. Your bonus system is great 19 May, 2021

There is an occasional breach in network, and customers will not be given prior notice that there will be a network failure within some time range.
