judging by the year the peace mass transit was founded i will say that they are not pulling their weight at all to ensure the safety of their customers because it is said that the more years, the more your experience grow on a particular field but in their case it is different. despite the fact that bits been ages since it was founded, its still in the same position. even though the number of buses may have increased but that is not the paramount in this line of business they are suppose to consider the safety of their customers first. judging by my experience the last time i boarded the bus on my way back to school it so annoying and frustrating. to share briefly, the bus was old and faulty and i'm sure the driver and the company is aware of that yet they allow him convey us risking our lifes. two the bus was extremely slow and annoying. three no air con. and we were billed heavily. all this are not helping situations at all. most especially after paying the normal bill you will still be compelled to pay another bill for your laugages as if they expected you to travel without load. we are customers, we are always right and should be treated fairly. thank you. 4 June, 2021

the above stated issues are not stated to criticize the company but to open them to the reality and help them solve our needs as customers so that they won't loose us to other companies.
