Max air craft with all due respect has to be the worst airline I have ever used. And not just me my sister included. I tried to bare and understand all the faults that led to the flight being delayed for an hour, after the hour passed no information was communicated to us and that was very frustrating. I had an event I had to get to at home and I missed it. I don’t know how you would want to do it but I’m afraid you’ve probably lost a customer 10 August, 2021
