I'm really disappointed with their services.. Access bank is faulty when it comes to the area of refunding individual their hard earned money, due to bad network. E.g.. I sent money to a friend of mine, that should be 23rd August and she hasn't received the money up till date, I went to Access bank to report the matter, cos after investigation the fault was coming from them and up till now, I have not been refunded my money or even gotten a proper reason for that .. Same thing happened to my sister when she was still parterning with them and she had to leave the bank cos she still didn't get her money back due to their poor MANAGEMENT and long PROTOCOLS 😡.. It's really disheartening 💔 18 September, 2021
