Guinness Stout is one of the beer and stout brands that is well known in Nigeria. They started brewing it since 1759 till date. The major reason why I like and prefer the Guinness Stout is simply because of its medicinal advantage over others. The Guinness Stout is always recommended for those patients suffering from Diabetes. It helps to reduce the sugar content in the blood stream.
