Una bank don tire me.

First bank plc clearly describes the saying "the first shall be the last". They have customers.. yes. But if care is not taken the would only be managing pensions. Customer service? Those people remind you of that there is no joy in this country. Even the security doesn't look friendly. I am trusting you with my hard earned money, at least a smile that my money is safe would be reassuring. Oldest bank in Nigeria with the smallest building. Always very cramped. Even union bank that was on relegation with them have upgraded to finer buildings with young staff smiling at you. That's how union bank made me open account I did not want to open just because the lady's smile was out of this world. But first bank :smile.. no way. They would even shout on you. Ontop of my money. In summary first bank needs 1) more friendly staff services 2) better and newer ATMs 3) Better buildings 4) faster services 8 August, 2018
