I hail EEDC for their efforts in the distribution of prepaid meters, however, it would have been better A. if there was proper orientation for consumers like us on the how to use it before installation, it will reduce the number of poorly-satisfied consumers like me, flooding their offices. B. The customer service personnel would be more understanding and nice, it would help us express ourselves better. C. Their take note of our problems and act on them D. Have a "functional" customer service line/number, other than a customer care line that rings and no one picks. 8 August, 2018
