Passenger transfer


OK... I beg to differ a bit on the services of GIGM. GIGM customer service is quite applaudable but it would be quite good if GIGM can stop the culture of transferring passengers, especially those heading from Enugu to Lagos; from one bus to the other on the high way. If the buses aren't in good condition or the drivers are not willing to take the passengers to their destination, then, it should be communicated clearly to the passengers. I have experienced that twice... GIGM, please, keep your customers happy and safe. Thank you. 8 August, 2018
