Since they changed from oceanic to ecobank, I thought their service will be more advanced but rather, it's the easy round.. Not up to the league of other banks..

Eco bank is a PAN African bank with wide range of ATM spread but slow customer services and old staff members improve on that.

Well, from what I have noticed with them they are no way near good. Customer care department attends to issues they feel like to attend. Those guys be doing as if they holding our money for free. Another point is carelessness on their part when billing....some charges are unnecessary or done by mistake. They ... read more
