Ecobank was the first the bank i opened an account with then in 2011, then the service was pretty okay, but then the good things do not last as they say.... now with ecobank ATM card you can not withdraw from another bank ATM this region. you will be disappointed. ... read more

I believe this bank is one of the best banks but it is always crowded. They should work on their crowd control. Branch spread is good and the effectiveness of the internet banking service is good too.

Great bank but slow customer services and old staff members they should employ young and agile workers. Anyway good banking services and great spread of ATMs.
