In terms of charges, i consider UBA as a bank that has her customers in heart.

UBA is a good and well composed bank and the normally dress cooperate and ready to serve customer better

This UBA bank is so annoying. Always crowded. ATM cannot be trusted. Customer service is low. The only interesting thing I enjoy from them is the wish I do get on my birthdays. Always deducting the small money in someone's account. Quite sad though.
