You are now backward on Customer Relationship Management. Your staff over work and we customers suffer it most. Since this year I regretted banking with UBA.

Please I want to know if UBA is nice to use as your PAY POINT. Based on; -giving overdraft -payment once the money gets to them -interest rate on overdraft and loan I need reply because I heard that it's not easy to change pay point.

Nice bank. But really need to improve on the financial transaction speed.
