My flight from Lagos to Abuja was OK. I even recommended Arik to a friend, but my return flight was the most frustrating, infuriating and humiliating experience I've ever had. They turned me into a mumu one time. The customer care manager I was referred to only made things worse ... read more

Safest airline you can always Trust on with good customer service. Also have good baggage handlin with very comfortable flights.

They have good customer service and are effective but recently they seem to have lots of delayed flights.
