Distribution of substandard metres

EEDC should stop distribution of substandard meters that burn after 2-3months of installations, apart from that the meters over charge consumers in residential areas like they have been tweaked. The management should look into this and improve on their services.

EEDC has to stop distribution of substandard metres that burn after 2-3months of installations. Apart from the metre burning, they over charge consumers in residential areas like they have been tweaked. I hope the management look into this and improve on their services.

Review your billing method

Sometimes I wonder how EEDC bill their customers... Is possible to disconnect a customer for months and still be issuing bills for the 2months of disconnection? EEDC review your billing method...no light only bills
