Mobile account opening

I dialed a code I saw on TV about UBA account opening. And I was send a message about my account detail to be completed in any UBA bank close to me. Which I did when to the bank but was told by one of the staff that the account don't exist. I don't understand. 2days after I received the message. 25 August, 2018
