I love this bank, I'm currently banking with them, they're good in bank services but the fact that they don't allow me to empty my account totally as other bank do dey pain me.

I experience so much delay at the queue today just to make deposit, mobile app is always slow and experiencing network issues

I’ve been here at the UBA Customer Service Unit for more than an hour now and all I can say and see is “DISAPPOINTMENT”🤦🏽‍♂️ This particular bank I can boldly say is frustrating and annoying.
