I’ve been here at the UBA Customer Service Unit for more than an hour now and all I can say and see is “DISAPPOINTMENT”🤦🏽‍♂️ This particular bank I can boldly say is frustrating and annoying. The Off banking system (Mobile app, Magic banking and so on) is not satisfactory and frustrating. Unlawful Charges are been deducted for their amusement and all sort of other things. Sufficient complaint isn’t enough to justify it uselessness. 5 September, 2022
